Our vision behind creating Sigma Serene is to give our patrons warm and inviting high-rise homes that are brilliant by design and accommodate the elements luxury, accessibility and convenience all in one. By taking a step back, and really looking at the process from up above, we were able to re-imagine Sigma Serene as a True Valued Living Experience, furnished with lavish spaces, equipped with modern amenities and decked with lush landscapes. Both inside and out, Serene is designed with passion and precision making it the epitome of an ergonomic and thoughtful design process.

  • FLOORING:
    Premium quality vitrified tile flooring in all areas. China mosaic with required water proofing on terrace for cool temperature.
  • KITCHEN:
    Mirror polished Granite Platform with S.S. sink & designer tiles dado-upto lintel level. Kota stone self in store room.
  • TOILETS:
    Water proofing will be done by standard Materials in all Toilets. Good quality concealed plumbing & sanitary ware. Dado up to lintel level height Ceramic / Glazed tiles in bathrooms. Good quality bathroom fittings in toilets.
  • DOORS & WINDOWS:
    Decorative main entrance door with wooden frame & S. S. Fittings. All other internal doors, wooden frames flush type with paints. Fully glazed annodised alluminium window with stone seal.
  • ELECTRIFICATION:
    Three Phase Concealed ISI copper wiring with sufficient points in all rooms. TV & Telephone point in living room.
  • PLASTER:
    Internal single coat mala plaster with wall putty finish and external double coat plaster with Apex paint.
  • STRUCTURE:
    Earthquake resistance R.C.C. Frame structure designed for strength and safety.
  • WATER SUPPLY:
    24 hours water supply by MS borewell with under ground and individual overhead water tank.
  • PARKING:
    Total area of hollow plinth for spacious vehicle parking & Two level basement
